Welcome! I'm Diane, a dedicated Life Coach with a rich tapestry of experiences that inform my approach to helping you navigate your journey. Born and raised in Paterson, NJ, as the oldest of two children, I've always been driven by a profound commitment to service and community. My educational journey began at Rutgers University, Livingston Campus, and led me to attain a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. My career has been equally diverse and fulfilling, having retired as a School Social Worker, and currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Passaic County Community College and Seton Hall University, teaching Sociology and Social Work, respectively.

My path has been guided by faith and service from a young age, preaching for the first time at 11 years old. Today, I am a Lay Pastor and the proud founder of the Greater Faith Works Outreach Ministry in my hometown. My coaching philosophy is deeply intertwined with my spiritual values, allowing me to harness my spiritual gifts in service of my clients. I am currently honing my skills through an ICF-accredited program, pursuing certification with the International Coaching Federation. My involvement with the New Worshipping Community Initiative of the Presbyterian Church USA further exemplifies my commitment to serving others.

Beyond my professional and spiritual life, I am a proud mother to my adopted daughter, Markettah, celebrating over two decades of joy and love together. Married to Alfonso Butts since 2018, we share a bustling blended family of six adult children and six grandchildren, with one more on the way, filling our lives with laughter and love.

As a servant leader, I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and do the hard work alongside those I serve. My life is a testament to the belief that coaching is not just a profession but a spiritual calling, where I use my innate ability to listen deeply—often hearing what is left unsaid as loudly as the spoken word. This skill has been invaluable in my target coaching demographic: women of color, helping them find their voice and path in life.

Outside of coaching, I find joy in gardening, cooking, creating with my hands, and entertaining friends and family. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., I cherish the bonds of sisterhood and community. My husband and I enjoy dancing, laughing, and traveling, embracing every opportunity to explore the world together. Having moved to East Stroudsburg in 2019, just before the world paused, we've found new ways to connect and grow, eagerly ticking off destinations from our bucket list.

I am a Scorpio, a testament to my resilience, passion, and determination. With friendships spanning over 55 years, my life is a mosaic of enduring connections, new experiences, and continuous learning. As your coach, I bring all these facets of my life to the table, ready to listen, guide, and support you on your journey to fulfillment and success.

Let's embark on this journey together.
